We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Simple Funnels and the customizable templates in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license is for your personal or business use and cannot be resold, sublicensed, or transferred. Websites and Templates are not to be transferred outside of Simple Funnels.

It is the users responsibility to export their CSV files before closing their account.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use Simple Funnels responsibly and not to engage in any activities that may harm the Software, its users, or its infrastructure. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, hacking, reverse engineering, and any illegal activities.

4. App Support

Inside the app is 24/7 live person support. The user should utilize this feature to get the most out of the program.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the inclusion of in-person onboarding services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds

for any purchases of Simple Funnels but you can cancel at any time. It is the users responsibility to export their CSV files before closing their account.

6. Payment Terms

Users must keep their payment information up to date. If a payment fails, we will notify you to update your payment method. If payments fail for three consecutive months, your Simple Funnels

account will be permanently deleted.

Your subscription is set to automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you no longer wish to use

7. Fees for Emails

Simple Funnels includes email-sending capabilities, which may be subject to additional fees depending on your usage. If your email volume exceeds the included limit in your plan, overage charges will apply. These fees are automatically billed to your payment method. Failure to pay email-related fees may result in suspension of email functionality.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Simple Funnels account, including keeping login credentials confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence in securing your credentials.

9. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to keep

operational and updated. However, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update features without prior notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to

Simple Funnels at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions or actions harmful to other users or the platform.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Simple Funnels including sales pages, funnels and sequences are the exclusive property of The Bespoke Edit LLC and its licensors. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is prohibited.
